Satisfaction Guarantee

At SynergyCode, we trust in the quality of our digital solutions. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on selected services.

If within the first 30 days after initial delivery you are not satisfied with the result, and you meet the requirements described in our Terms and Conditions, you may request a refund.

This guarantee does not apply if the client does not provide the required content, does not approve revisions, or requests changes outside the agreed scope. By purchasing, the client accepts these terms and conditions.

Guarantee Conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days after the initial project delivery.
  • The client must have provided all requested materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • The client must have actively participated in the review process and provided specific feedback on unsatisfactory aspects.
  • SynergyCode must have had the opportunity to perform at least two rounds of revisions to address concerns.

Exclusions:

  • Changes in project requirements or scope after initial approval.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not communicated in the initial requirements.
  • Consulting, training, or technical support services already provided.
  • Digital products already downloaded or subscription services after the first month.

To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, please contact our support team at soporte@synergycode.tech with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order number and detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SynergyCode website (synergycode.tech) and any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our site or services.

2. Modifications

SynergyCode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted on the website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of updates.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. It is prohibited to use the site in any way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the site.

Intellectual Property

1. Site Content

All content on the SynergyCode website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SynergyCode or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Limited License

SynergyCode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the website and its services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3. Client Ownership

The client retains ownership of all materials and content provided to SynergyCode. By providing content, the client grants SynergyCode a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

4. Deliverables

All intellectual property rights related to the code, tools, reusable components, and other developments created by SynergyCode shall remain the sole and exclusive property of SynergyCode. Upon full payment, SynergyCode grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the final deliverables solely for the client’s internal business purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, resale, or modification of the software without prior written consent from SynergyCode.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynergyCode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or income, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

The total liability of SynergyCode, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Payments and Billing

1. Prices

All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. SynergyCode reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payment information is processed through secure and encrypted payment providers.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription services, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

4. Taxes

The client is responsible for all applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated that they are included in the price.

Service Termination

1. By the Client

The client may terminate the services at any time by written notice to SynergyCode. Depending on the project status, early termination charges may apply as set forth in the service contract.

2. By SynergyCode

SynergyCode may suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these terms and conditions, fails to make agreed payments, or provides false or fraudulent information.

3. Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, the client must pay all outstanding amounts for services rendered up to the termination date. SynergyCode will deliver all materials and deliverables completed up to that point, provided the corresponding payments have been made.
